The contract will be for a period of 13 months commencing November 2017 until 31 December 2018. The Trust is looking for an organisation that can support the Board to continue in its development as a high performing team, relentlessly focussed on improving the lives of Birmingham's most vulnerable children and young people. The Supplier will develop a bespoke programme for the Birmingham Children's Trust Board, agreed by the Chair and Chief Executive, focussed on developing with Board members: - a shared vision, set of values and behaviours for the Board; - a 'high support, high challenge' operating culture for the Board and the Trust; - a collective understanding of what it means to operate as a high performing Board / team The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
