This is a collaborative procurement that will be funded by the Defra, Environment Agency and Welsh Joint FCERM R&D Programme. The overall objective of the project is: • To conduct further evaluation of Partnership Funding (PF) to provide the evidence base to confirm or refine funding policy for the post-2021 period. The project is primarily concerned with assembling quantitative data on FCERM programme performance under Partnership Funding, though there is also a more qualitative element.
