Between that review and the present has used the annual NAFN reports to identify discounts with mis-matches against electoral registration data. The Council now wishes to put in place a new arrangement. ### The service required is for:- - A full risk based review of all current single person discounts with accounts falling within agreed risk categories being reported to the council for investigation. - Ongoing monitoring using clear evidence based alerts to inform of changes in entitlement on a monthly basis. The Council is interested in meeting with organisations who can provide such a service and would invite anyone interested to email .
