The aim is to improve the customer's safety and independence in their own home. The properties will essentially be private domestic dwellings. The cost of each individual works will be less than £1,500.00. The adaptive works contract will be tendered on a three year basis as a countywide provision. Note that Adult Social Care operations occur within localities by Division i.e. Carlisle & Eden, Allerdale and Copeland and South Lakeland & Furness.
