This opportunity was open to those providers approved on the Hampshire Learning Disability Framework. The Launchpad service provides community based leisure, occupational and vocational activities to service users who may have previously attended Hampshire County Council operated day services in the area. Small groups of people (typically three or four people) are supported to participate in community based activities of their choosing. The provider will support people to consider meaningful community based activities that enhance their skills and confidence and promote social inclusion.
