MOD may be referred to as the ''Authority'' hereafter. The Authority required the following items: Two (2) laptops to include a one (1) year maintenance: The maintenance contract should include as a minimum: Next day on site, and; 'Retain hard drive' cover. Two (2) CSAS desktop software renewals for a twelve (12) month period: The Authority required a standard level of support and; One (1) day installation, configuration and on-site training for two (2) individuals within the Authority.
