We are looking to fund a number of projects. The aim is to identify whether new technologies, or technologies not currently widely used in relation to food, could provide an effective means of detecting chemical or and/or microbiological contamination of food. These could be aimed at production premises (including abattoirs), or places where food is prepared (including restaurants and the home).
