The services shall include as a minimum: the provision of a platform to support the electronic transfer of diagnostic and report referral requests, Radiological Images and any additional data required for the provision of the services (e.g. Medical Records, historic test results); and the provision of image examination and diagnostic services for modalities such as Plain Film, Computed Tomography, and Magnetic Resonance and Nuclear Medicine; and the production of clinical reports containing the findings and recommendations of the Radiologist used to aid in the diagnosis of the patient; and the provision of 'Routine', 'Urgent' and 'Out of Hours' reporting services. Additional information: ### TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Framework Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
