The Contractor is to exercise proper control over the quality of service through his supervision. The Contractor is, in addition to his supervision during the work, to provide regular checks on all services and equipment as specified. Nothing in this specification nor omission from it shall be construed as relieving the Contractor of his duty to carry out all work in a proper manner in accordance with good working practices.
