The Headstart team is seeking the services of an organisation with skills and experience in delivering large scale quantitative and qualitative research programmes. The requirement is to work with the team throughout Phase 3 of Headstart during the 5 year delivery period, designing and carrying out research to evaluate the outcomes achieved and produce robust reports as required.
