The project is in a critical stage and will be undergoing several stages to move into Public Beta by Autumn 2016. User Research is pivotal in supporting this and the Authority requires provision of a Lab Testing facility to support this activity through private and public Beta stage. On-going user research is critical to the on-going development of the service.
