This is a mandatory function that Health and Wellbeing boards need to deliver every three years. It was agreed by Public Health DMT (Directorate Management Team) that this Needs Assessment be undertaken independently and should be commissioned out. The Provider will ensure a specialist consultant ("Specialist") with a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical services and the regulatory framework governing the pharmaceutical sector, is engaged to refresh the PNA for Medway Council.
