The services are broken down into 5 distinctive Lots as follows:- - Lot 1 Fire Alarm Systems - Lot 2 CCTV Systems - Lot 3 Intruder Alarm Systems - Lot 4 Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels and Blankets - Lot 5 Emergency Lighting Systems Only one supplier shall be selected per Lot. All inherent equipment supplied and installed is owned by the University. The selected Lot supplier will manage the PPM and RM by synchronising their service facilities to that of the University of Nottingham's Estates Office Facilities Management System, and on behalf of the University, act as the single point of contact for enquiries about the service.
