SLHD would require the successful provider to attend an organisational induction across the various sites and at least one further drop in day per site for employees to discuss health plans and ask any questions on a 1-2-1 basis. There will also be a requirement to attend the SLHD staff conference, which is an annual event spread over 3 days. Full details available in the specification document.
