The proposed Framework will allow for the delivery of Fire Safety Improvement Works to blocks owned and managed by PA Housing across London and the South East to meet its responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The Framework will also allow for the installation of Automatic Fire Detection Systems and Emergency Lighting as required. The client may require the installers to undertake the servicing of their installations beyond the end of the defects period.Candidates should note that PA Housing requires the main contractor to undertake all Fire Safety Improvement Works.
