The service will be required to deliver targeted, time-limited and holistic interventions that successfully help people remain in their own home, with a minimum approximate of 750 cases annually (excluding drop-ins/workshops); this target will be reviewed with the intention of achieving a minimum throughput of 1000 cases per annum. A maximum of 40 cases at any one time will involve support outside the City of Westminster. Additional information: The process will be run via the capitalEsourcing system.
