The council seeks offers and/or proposals for the development of an extra-care (assisted living) housing scheme on a c.0.65 hectare site comprising the former Nightingale Lodge residential home and masters house day centre in accordance with the full planning permission as granted by Test Valley Borough Council (ref 15/01261/FULLS) on 22nd May 2017. The contract will commence on 16th January 2018 and will be for a lease period of 20 years.
