The contract term is to be 10 years with effect from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2028, with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance. However this period of contract could be subject to change to a 5 years contract term with effect from 1st April 2018 with no option to extend.
