Through the following works: - • Bar refurbishment & extension to modernise it and create an additional point of sale. • Due to the bar extension the current patio windows would need to be altered to accommodate the extension. • Carpet/floor replacement- estimated to be approximately 20 years old and have had a lot of wear and tear which is now clearly visible.
