The commissioned service will provide Young People with support which is appropriate to their individual needs, whilst ensuring their wellbeing and safety. The support provided must enable Young People to return home and to empower them with life skills to sustain their home lives, thus preventing future homelessness. This will be divided into 2 Lots as detailed below - Lot 1 Providing Assessment, Advice, Information & Mediation, including a Housing Hub Service. - Lot 2 Floating Support Service - 18+ years old. TUPE related information must be treated as protected data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and must be kept confidential.
