This direct supply will replace the current voucher scheme that is in place. This will be a single supplier (call-off from one provider) framework agreement with no mini competitions. The framework contract is anticipated to commence on 1st July 2017 and will continue for a period of 12 months with options to extend for two further 12 month periods unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
