This functionality includes the support of 3 x virtual device contexts (Corporate, Public, Private), 'stretched' VLAN's using OTV, flexibility of interfaces to support copper, fibre on 1GBps and 10GBps SFP+. In order to minimise the impact on the existing network and reduce risk, we have designed a replacement system using Nexus 7004 switches and Nexus 2000 series fabric extenders.
