The community TB service is to provide a high quality TB specialist nurse led community TB service informed by NICE and British Thoracic Society Guidelines and JCVI guidance for the population of the Wakefield District (as defined as the residents of the Wakefield District or patients registered with a WD GP), including prisons, and appropriate links with secondary care consultants.
