These have been developed and added to over a number of years and in support of this regeneration and as part of it's commitment to the health & wellbeing agenda, the Council have been refurbishing and replacing a number of the dated play areas within these neighbourhoods. The Council are now looking to refurbish the following play areas: - Lot 1 Peggy's Field, Markyate - Lot 2 Cavendish Road, Markyate - Lot 3 Hollybush Lane Play Area, Flamsted - Lot 4 Tewin Road Play Area - Lot 5 Long Marston Each play area will be regarded as a separate lot and suppliers can bid for any number of individual lots up to all five of the play areas.
