Project Description Movement of circa 15,300m³ stockpiled material within the Swindon Borough Council-owned Wichelstowe site. The works will comprise: • Hand picking of two stockpiles prior to their movement to another part of the Wichelstowe site • Disposal of the hand-picked materials • Re-stockpiling material in a different location to the south of the site; the new stockpile is to be free from large voids, stable, and sealed off from adverse weather conditions. • Placement of a haul road between stockpile locations Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. Contract Period The works must be completed by 31st May 2017. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Questionnaire/ Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 16:00 hours on 6th April 2017 If you require any clarifications on the tender documents please submit these in writing via e-mail, including the project name clearly in the e-mail title, to by 4th April 2017.
