We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier. The contract will deliver a new solution to mask the recently exposed elevation of the Corn Exchange which is in a state of disrepair, with the intention to enhance the appreciation of the Grade II\* Listed building. The Corn Exchange is located at 1 Market Place, LE1 5HG. The proposed screen to the west facade of the Corn Exchange is to be constructed over the in-filled section of the old Indoor Market Centre basement.
