It is to be noted that the is a Conditional Award subject to Durham County Council being successful in the procuring of the Works ### Site Location St. John's Hall in Meadowfield, Co. Durham DH7 8RP. The site for the new Community Centre is on the site of the former St. John's Parochial Hall and is accessed from the adjacent St. John the Evangelist Church off John Street South.
