[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the works at the Chilton site (Chilton Oxon OX14 0 RQ) as listed below: • Removal of existing timber doors and frames on one 2-storey and one 4-storey block plant rooms replacing with new metal doors and frames. • Provision and supervision of a contract crane to lift materials, equipment and ensure clearance of waste from high level roof areas on a planned day coinciding with door installation. • Provision of labour to dismantle redundant duct work and waste from site currently situated within the 4th floor plant room. ### SITE VISITS Attendance at a site visit is a mandatory part of the tender process. The Site Visits will be held w/c 11th December 2017.
