This work will need to identify and justify a preferred delivery option and outline the mechanisms of revenue generation and value capture that are required to deliver the Partnerships ambitions and thereby formulating the asks of Government and of the local Partners themselves. These plans will also need to be underpinned by strong an economic justification and value for money appraisal that meets the government's current appraisal criteria. This will involve working across authority boundaries and with a large group of internal stakeholders in order to evaluate work done to date and the ambitions of the Partnership in order to produce the required outputs of this commission.
