This event has been arranged in connection with the forthcoming procurement of integrated offender healthcare services at Her Majesty's Prison (HMP) Ranby. It will provide potential bidders with an opportunity to visit the site where procured service needs to be provided from. Email address to register your interest: Details of the events as follows: Site visit for HMP Ranby, Retford, Nottingham, DN22 8EU: \# Wednesday 09th August 2017 - Meet at the gate at HMP Ranby, undertake security checks - 09.45am prompt \# 'Prisoner Journey' tour, followed by walkthrough of healthcare and related facilities - 10.00am \# Leave HMP Ranby - 11.15am prompt \# There is no restriction on a number of people per organisation who can attend this site visit; however the bidders are highly encouraged to bring sensible number of attendees to include their operational as well as management staff on the day. \# On the day, Questions and Answers (Q&A) will only be permitted on the building and environment related subjects. An opportunity will be provided to all bidders for asking the service or procurement specific questions during the clarification stage, once the tender has been published. \# Last minute changes of attendee names will not be accepted. # Visitors must abide by the "Controlled Articles" protocol.
