[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Portsmouth City Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced provider organisations, to register on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of services to support Personal Health Budget (PHB) third party budget management. The DPS will commence on 1st March 2017 and will operate for a four year period. During that time suppliers can choose to discontinue being involved and new ones can be included, at any time. This is a preferred provider list and does not commit the Council to any expenditure. The services will be purchased on a spot purchase basis by the Service User according to their needs. Closing date for submission of returns allowing prompt access to the initial DPS will be midday on Friday 10th February 2017.
