The purpose of the performance evaluation is to consider whether networks have achieved what they set out to achieve, i.e. delivered their outputs and outcomes. The three objectives are as follows: Objective 1: Conduct Network Analysis/ process evaluation of the two Networks funded under SANGAT II and the network funded under Twende Mbele. Objective 2: Design and deliver a performance evaluation of the SANGAT II and Twende Mbele programmes.
