The scope of this framework will include the supply of Home Care in Lancashire to: Older People and People with Physical Disabilities; People with Learning Disabilities/Autism; People with Mental Health Needs. The following service provision may fall within the scope of this Framework Agreement at a future point during its lifetime: Complex Care Packages, and Young People's Services.
