[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender This procurement is for a P2PE accredited (or functionally equivalent) credit and debit card transaction approval and processing service, covering card payments taken at unattended automatic payment machines within multi-storey car parks, authorisation of these transactions and the funds being deposited in the Council's bank account. This service must fully comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS P2PE), or have a system that gives the same level and operation of P2PE, that will meet the Council's requirements. The proposed solution must incorporate all necessary auditing reporting requirements as well as mitigating any risk to the Council regarding any fraudulent activity.
