The service will form part of a partnership whole system response to domestic abuse and the provider will be a key partner in a multi-agency environment in making sure all the needs of a victim/survivor and their children are met. The service will cover the whole of Northumberland and be delivered from the existing refuge accommodation located in the county; however the provider will identify the most effective way of deploying resources across the county to ensure service delivery.
