The agreement will be split into 2 lots: - Lot 1 Soft Services: - Vending Services; - Cleaning and Hospitality; - Health and Safety training services; - Off-site storage Services; - Office floor plate and Health and Safety CAD plan Management; - Lunch orders. - Lot 2 Hard Services: - Planned Preventative Maintenance Services; - Reactive Maintenance Services; - Mobile Engineer Services; - Internal Building Fabric and Building Services. ### Duration in months: 36 There will be an option for FSCS to extend the contract on up to 3 occasions for a maximum duration of 12 months on each of those occasions.
