The services under the contract are described in full detail in Schedule 3 the Specification. The Council has scheduled a Bidders' Briefing session as detailed below. All Bidders are recommended to attend but attendance is optional and any slides or hand outs will be uploaded to the e-Sourcing portal once the session is complete.
