[hefce.ac.uk/pubs/year/2016/201612](http://www.hefce.ac.uk/pubs/year/2016/201612/). The internal audit service provided by the successful Service Provider will be responsible for providing assurance to the University's Audit and Risk Committee and reporting to management on the adequacy and effectiveness of: - Governance, risk management and control; and - Economy, efficiency and effectiveness (value for money arrangements).
