The AF4 system together with UV/Vis and RI detector must be capable of separating and quantifying species with a wide range of molecular weights, as well as being able to do this at low concentrations and with the minimum disruption to the concentration of the injected sample to maintain a similar distribution of aggregates during the analysis.
