The group is made up of 4 registered providers consisting of a parent organisation (County Durham Housing Group), East Durham Homes, Dale and Valley Homes and Durham City Homes. County Durham Housing Group are currently considering all options available for the provision of a fully comprehensive facilities management service which will be accessed across the group for office accommodation, sheltered housing units, communal flat blocks and community hubs.
