The required service is to include, but not be limited to: • The repair and maintenance of communal aerial systems • Undertaking service visits and inspections • Submitting reports • Replacing or repairing relevant equipment • Responding to emergency calls • The arranging of appointments with tenants • Co-ordination with SCH for appointment making It is anticipated that the Contract shall commence on 1st April 2017. The proposed term of this Contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend, subject to performance, by up to a further 2 twelve month periods. The Contract value is estimated at £30,000 per annum. The successful contractor is to be selected through a formal tender process.
