The Council wishes to appoint a single contractor to provide the services outlined in the specification for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend by a further year based on contractor performance. The Kent Business Portal eProcurement system will be used to facilitate the secure interchange of documents and all communication should be made via this system. We will be accepting expressions of interest until 12:00pm on Monday 23rd October 2017, after which no further interest will be accepted.
