Some of these projects are either planned or have already started and this portfolio of projects is called TRIPOD - Transforming the IPO Digitally. In support of delivering these projects we need to provide user testing to ensure that we are: - developing services and online content to meet customer need; and ii. improving the implementation of digital services and driving up efficiency and value.
