The group is currently consolidating into one landlord as Thirteen and has recently appointed a local contractor to complete a full 'signage survey' throughout its estate of properties ranging from North Tyneside to York. The survey work is now complete and the results are included within the tender package (Appendix 1 - Survey Results') which all bidders are required to price against using the brand information provided and also the required material, warranty period and time period to fulfil this particular project.
