The University now require a flight simulator which will allow students to familiarise themselves with standard flying procedures for a range of different aircraft. This will need a Boeing type yoke as well as an Airbus type side stick, as well as rudder controls. The University also need to simulate student-designed aircraft and modifications to standard aircraft, as well as different flight scenarios and aircraft system failures. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
