The project aims to support older people in Wales facing crises, to foster increased confidence, improved mental and emotional well-being, and enhanced participation and engagement with support networks and services. This is expected to lead to greater resilience in times of crisis and improve the ability of people to live independently in the community. BRC and RVS wish to commission formative and summative evaluations of the project to independently assess its value.
