The contractor will keep all revenues generated from the onward sale of the outputs. Likewise, the contractor will be liable for all costs to dispose or onward process any outputs. Please note the Company gives no guarantee or warranty as to the amount of dry mixed recyclates available under this Contract. The main source of the dry mixed recyclates is material that will have been collected from households and businesses in the Craven District of North Yorkshire. The dry mixed recyclates are, in essence, a co-mingled recycling collection of all materials within a wheeled bin, e.g. 240litre.The local waste collection authority, Craven District Council will deliver that material to the Company's waste transfer station at Halton East.
