The current installation serves the Community Centre and the Modular Built Children's Centre which is linked and accessed from the Centre Reception. There is a Church forming part of the entire complex however the heating and hot water facilities are entirely separate and no work applies. Site visits are mandatory. Tenders received from contractors who have not been recorded as having attended a site visit will be rejected. Visits must be requested by the contractor by correspondence through the InTend system. Visits will be arranged by confirmed by the Contracts Administrator and must be conducted within the expressly stated period (7th to 18th August) Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
