The works comprise of two sections: Section A of The Works will convert the existing offices at 75-76 Furness Avenue, Dunstable to 2no self-contained apartments. The works include for construction of a new party wall, layout and partition alterations, alterations to the services and installation of a new kitchen to each dwelling and wetroom to Flat 75.
