The framework contract will establish through OJEU compliant Open Procedure (under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) who the 3 successful Design Teams will be. A mini competition will be held for each piece of work to the 3 successful Design Teams. The Design Teams that are appointed by South Cambridgeshire District Council shall provide a full design and management service on a number of housing developments within the District and surrounding areas where appropriate.
